Privacy policy

Before launch we collect very little: your email if you join the kit club, what you send through our contact form, and how the site is used. We handle it in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
1. Who we are
This policy applies to Medical Operations and Content Consulting Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 41 699 126 826) trading as MEDLII. 2. What we collect and why
- Kit club sign-ups: your email address and, if you choose, your first name and whether you are a doctor, nurse, student or gift buyer, plus the date you joined and your consent. We use this to send you kit club emails and your 15% launch code, and to understand who is interested in MEDLII.
- Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number and your message, so we can reply.
- Website usage: unless you switch it off, information about your device, browser, approximate location, pages viewed and how you interact with the site (section 4).
We do not ask for health information. Please do not include patient information in messages to us. You can browse the site without telling us who you are.
3. The kit club mailing list
You join by ticking: "I consent to receiving awesome offers and discounts via email." Kit club emails include our launch news, your 15% first order code, offers and discounts, and occasional updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Sign-ups are sent to us through Formspree and will be stored in Mailchimp (operated by The Rocket Science Group LLC, part of Intuit, in the United States), which we use to send our emails. Mailchimp stores your email address, any name and details you gave us, your consent date and source, and records whether you open or click our emails so we can improve them. When we launch, we will also offer a separate, optional list for refill reminders; joining the kit club does not sign you up for it.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use the tools below to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads. They are on by default. You can switch them off at any time on our Cookie settings page, and they stay off on that browser until you switch them back on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser.
Google Analytics 4
Provided by Google LLC. Shows us pages viewed, time on page, device and browser, approximate location (city level, from your IP address, which Google does not store) and how you arrived. We use Google Consent Mode, so switching cookies off stops Google Analytics and Google Ads setting cookies. Opt out everywhere with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Google Ads
Provided by Google LLC. Measures which ads bring people to the site and lets us show MEDLII ads to people who have visited (remarketing). Control the ads you see at Google's My Ad Center.
Microsoft Clarity
Provided by Microsoft Corporation. Heatmaps and session replays that record mouse movements, clicks, taps, scrolling and page layout, so we can fix confusing parts of the site. Clarity masks what you type into forms. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Our website host, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie (such as __cf_bm) to protect the site from bots.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with Formspree (form delivery), Mailchimp (kit club emails), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google and Microsoft (analytics and advertising, unless you switch cookies off), our professional advisers, and government bodies where the law requires it.
6. Overseas disclosure
Formspree, Mailchimp, Google, Microsoft and Cloudflare store or process information mainly in the United States and may use data centres in other countries. We choose reputable providers, but by using our site you acknowledge that these overseas recipients are not bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in every respect.
7. Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to people who need it. We keep kit club details until you unsubscribe (and then a record that you unsubscribed, so we do not email you again) and contact messages only as long as we need them. We will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner of any eligible data breach.
8. Your choices and complaints
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us. We respond within 30 days and do not charge.
- Unsubscribe from the kit club at any time.
- Switch analytics and advertising cookies off on our Cookie settings page.
If you have a complaint, contact us first on 1800 998 301 or start@medlii.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
We will update this policy before we launch and start taking orders.
